Pay Your Bill

Bill Payment Options

Waunakee Utilities sends utility bills all customers once each month for electric, water, sewer, and refuse service. Costs for all of these services are included on one bill.

Electric and water meters are read on the 1st of the month or the following business day and mailed by the 8th of the month. Bills are always due by the 28th of each month (if the 28th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, bills are due on the next business day).

Prompt payment of utility bills is important. If at anytime you experience problems paying your bill contact us BEFORE the due date. We will make every effort to work with you to make payments.
