Terminate Service

If you are moving out of Waunakee utilitiesís service area and are closing your account with us, please complete and submit the online form below or call our office at 849-8111 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 am - 4:15 pm. and Friday 7:00 a.m. and noon.

When you submit this form, we will ask to have a special meter reading on the date you transfer service to the next tenants/owners living at that location.

We will send a final bill to your forwarding address.

We do require a 24 hour notice to terminate service.
